We want you to receive your Gunner Kennels® purchase as soon as possible, which is why we make a concerted effort to process each order quickly. However, because each G1™ is handbuilt in Tennessee under intense scrutiny, we also want to get each one right. You'll be able to see the care we put into our products when you receive your package.  Please see below for shipping timelines and our return policy.


Contiguous United States Shipping 

All orders will ship FedEx Standard Ground only. Expedited shipping not available. Shipping rates indicated on our product pages are valid in the contiguous United States only, and excludes Alaska and Hawaii as well as international. 

Please check individual product pages for estimates on processing timeframe. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package is processed to leave our facility, with a live FedEx number to track the shipment.  Please allow an additional 1–4 business days for your purchase to arrive, based on your location (see our map below). 

Alaska and Hawaii

Gunner Kennels Return Policy

Gunner Kennels offers a 30-day return or exchange on most products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund if it’s new and unused and is accompanied by a copy of the packing list provided with the original purchase.

The following products may NOT be returned:

  • Merchandise that has been used.
  • Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

How to Return Merchandise

You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective upon receipt, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the shipping receipt in your return package to ensure proper credit.

If Your Kennel Does Not Fit Your Dog or Vehicle

Please consult your veterinarian with the interior dimensions of our kennels to see if one fits your dog. Our kennels are intended for travel and we prefer a snug fit. Please also measure the cargo space of your vehicle carefully before placing an order. If you are having problems properly measuring your vehicle, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. Please note that a 15% restocking fee can be applied to all orders that are returned and refunded due to vehicle or dog measurement error.
